If a component replaced and installed by Pro 1 fails or becomes defective within thirty (30) days of the service date, the customer is eligible for a free replacement part and free labor.
If a component replaced and installed by Pro 1 fails or becomes defective after thirty (30) days but within sixty (60) days of the service date, the customer is eligible for free labor only. The cost of the replacement part, if required, will be the responsibility of the customer.
Pro 1 Appliances and its employees shall not be held responsible for any damage to floors, cabinets, countertops, or surrounding areas, nor for any water leakage that may occur during the repair, servicing, or removal of an appliance by a Pro 1 technician.
The customer acknowledges and agrees that Pro 1 Appliances is not responsible for the failure or condition of existing valves, gas lines, plumbing, hoses, fittings, or connections. The customer is solely responsible for promptly notifying Pro 1 Appliances if any leaks or issues are discovered.
Pro1 Appliances is not responsible for any food, goods, or other products stored in the customer’s refrigerator or freezer.
This repair warranty applies only to the specific parts replaced during this service. No warranty is provided for plastic components, glass components, or shelf supports.
In the event a customer issues a check that is returned or dishonored for any reason, the customer agrees to pay a fifty-dollar ($50.00) returned check fee.
